Introducing RyV-ai: custom AI, built by operators

Why we started, what we build, and who it is for.

Back to writing

It started at the pass

RyV-ai did not begin with a pitch deck. It began on a 14-hour shift, with a ticket printer jamming mid-service and a spreadsheet that everybody pretended was temporary.

Long before the current AI wave, our work was wiring together systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so that the people running the operation could get on with running it. Our leadership came up through operations, not software: executive kitchens and restaurant floors, luxury hotel management, and workforce operations across distributed teams. We carried the P&L, worked the shifts, and felt the problems we now automate.

What we learnt

Two things, and they still shape every build.

First, intelligence bolted onto a broken process only fails faster. That is why it starts with automation and the AI goes on top. Wire the systems together properly, and the clever part has something solid to stand on.

Second, most manual work is not the problem. Some of it is manual for a very good reason. Knowing which is which is the job, and it is not something you learn from a vendor deck.

Systems that work on a Tuesday morning when nobody is watching. That is the whole brief.

What we build

Custom AI systems, wired into the software a business already runs. Seven of them, and most engagements begin with one:

  • Workflow and operations automation, the foundation everything else stands on
  • AI websites and applications, with the intelligence inside the funnel rather than beside it
  • Conversational agents on web chat, voice, and messaging, trained on your business
  • Autonomous outreach that prospects, enriches, writes, sends, and tracks, unattended
  • Content and video automation published to your channels on a schedule you set once
  • Computer vision built into the customer journey, so people see the product in their own room
  • Unified analytics, one view across the platforms you already pay for

Who it is for

Startups through enterprise, across hospitality and F&B, digital marketing and growth, BPO and workforce operations, and retail and e-commerce, with financial services and healthcare arriving in December 2026. We have built, or are building, in the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, and Europe.

The industry changes. The engineering does not.

Proof, not projections

The strongest thing we can show you is not a testimonial. This business runs on the same class of system we sell: 43 production functions that prospect, enrich, write, send, publish, generate video, and report, every day, with nobody in the loop. You can see the pipeline on the homepage.

A word on people

We do not build systems to remove people. We build them to take the repetitive work off people, so the judgement, the relationships, and the craft stay where they belong: with your team. Every agent escalates to a person. Every automation has an approval or an override. The return we measure is hours given back, not headcount removed.

If something is eating your week, tell us about it. Thirty minutes, no deck.

Tell us what's eating your week.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Describe the operation and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is the answer, and what it would take to build.
